1. Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the reservation amount regardless of when it was initiated
All cancellations must be made through sending a cancellation notice to Admin@HajjCouncil.org
No refunds for cancellations made less than seven days from scheduled service date
No refunds for partial services

2. Exchanges:
Rescheduling your reservation must be seven days before scheduled service
No exchanges once services are initiated
Services are non-transferable
