Hajj Council of North America (HCONA) doesn’t own any of the Hajj packages or services provided. HCONA works ONLY as a liaison to help pilgrims choose their Hajj programs and services, and to provide updates and guidance when possible.
HCONA is not responsible by any means for the actions of the Saudi Hajj companies. These companies are licensed by MoH (Ministry of Hajj), and they operate under the guidance of the MoH.
HCONA is not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, policies or changes in policies of the Licensed Saudi companies, policies of the Saudi government or MoH.
HCONA will not be held responsible in the event of any natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, changes in visa regulations, or any event that may affect delivering the Hajj services.
