I was chasing Hajj package on Nusuk (Saudi sponsored) website since 2023. Finally, I was able to secure the package this year (2025). My sincere and humble thanks to almighty God and then the crew of Hajj Council of North America (HCoNA). Entire crew including Br Fareed, Br Tawab and Sr Wardha have complete knowledge of the overall Hajj process, logistics and the glitches in the Nusuk website.
In theory, Nusuk web site appears very straight forward. Therefore, everyone believes that securing a Hajj package should not be that difficult. I made that mistake since 2023 and missed my chances of securing a hajj package. This is because the Nusuk web site has several glitches, and their (Nusuk) customer service is of no use. Major glitch is just 4,800 packages (or Hajj visas) are available for US citizens because in USA, Muslim population is about 4.8 million. Nusuk allows one package (or visa) per 1,000 Muslims. However, package demand is about 9,000 for USA. This creates supply/demand issue when packages are open for purchase. You have act super-fast because all packages are sold out in less than one hour. To make the matter worst, Nusuk charges processing fee plus Value Added Tax (VAT) just to get your refund if package is not secured. (if package is secured, then balance is refunded without any fee or VAT). This is double jeopardy, and I learned hard way in 2024 after wasting about $700. That is why I hired HCoNA to secure my package on my behalf. I gave them my US passport picture and my super-fast picture and $200 for me and additional $100 for my wife. They created email account on my behalf, contacted Nusuk to resolve any issues, and above all they secured my package because they know how to overcome Nusuk glitches. I think it was the best $300 I ever spent in my life. I highly recommend it. Btw, $300 were sent to them via bank and not under the table.
Once package is secured, HCoNA had webinar almost every week. Once we were in Saudi, Hajj provider companies do the rest. Mine was Abdul Lateef Jameel company. The company representative was there at JED airport to pick us up and transfer to hotel. They transferred us to Mina camp, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Jamarat and then back to hotel. My package was Luxury package. Not much walking. (I walk more in USA than in Saudi). I highly recommend you the services of HCoNA. You won’t regret it.
