Hajj Council of North America (HCONA) doesn’t own any of the Umrah/Hajj packages or services provided. HCONA works ONLY as a liaison to help the pilgrims choose their Umrah/Hajj programs and services.
HCONA is not responsible by any means for the actions of the affiliates.
HCONA is not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, policies of its affiliates, policies of the Saudi government or policy changes.
HCONA or its affiliates will not be held responsible in the event of any natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, changes in visa regulations, or any event that may affect delivering the Umrah/Hajj services.
In the event of a delay, postponement, or cancellation of the trip, a $200 paid through HCONA is nonrefundable. The rest of the payment paid to the affiliate will fall under the affiliate’s Terms & Conditions.
By making a payment for the Umrah/Hajj package or any service provided on HCONA’s site, the customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
