You Need To Stay Healthy While Performing Hajj.

  1.  Make sure to visit your doctor before your trip
  2.  Make sure to bring Antibiotics, Cold & Cough Medication, Advil/Tylenol as well as all your prescribed medication
  3.  Take images of all your medications in case you lost them, and you may need a refill
  4. Bring a small first aid kit (: Band-Aids, Antiseptic cream, Benadryl
  5. Inform a friend or someone close to traveling with you of any serious medical conditions and medications. Just in case you needed
    medical care during Hajj
  6. If you use a wheelchair, it is best to bring it with you
